2.1  We reserve the right to change this Statement from time to time. For example, a change might be necessary, if we want to enhance the user experience with a new feature that is based on the additional collection or processing of data.

4.1   We do NOT collect any personally identifiable information that you do not directly provide to us. Such information might include your name and email address. We do not collect any account information from any other app or social network.

4.2   We DO however collect, store and process personal information provided by you directly if you choose to signup for a Lighthouse Account (“Account”). If you sign up for an Account, we may ask you for certain Personal Information that can be used to identify you, such as your name and email address. We may also collect your email address and name if you mail or otherwise contact us for inquiries, feedback, or other purposes. We may use such data to contact you for customer feedback or for sending you information about our Service.

5. LOG DATA
 

When you access the Service, our servers automatically record information that your browser or mobile phone sends whenever you visit a website or application (“Log Data”). This Log Data may include information such as your Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser type, phone model, default language settings, or the webpage you were visiting before you came to our Site, pages or portions of Lighthouse that you visit or click on, the time spent on those pages, access times and dates, and other statistics. The third-party application may collect certain financial information from you to process a payment on behalf of Pachamama Ventures, which may include your name, email address, address, and other billing information.

If you consent, Pachamama Ventures may send you push notifications or alerts to your device. You can deactivate these messages at any time by changing the notification settings in the Lighthouse menu or in your device settings.

We may employ third-party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service, to provide the Service on our behalf, to perform business-related services (e.g., without limitation, maintenance services, hosting, database management, web analytics, moderation services, and improvement of Lighthouse features) or to assist us in analyzing how Lighthouse is used. These third parties may have access to the above-listed information only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.
